Mental Interactions or Relationships: The interactions generated or put into motion by the Subtle Body that is consisting of Mind, Intelligence and False Ego at Singular, Dual and Plural levels of Human, Sub-human and Super Human beings are consider as Mental Interactions or Subtle Interactions. Also, the Mental Interactions can be called as the Perceptions, Lack of Perception and Misperception per the Modern Bio-medical Science including Psychiatry and Psychology. All Mental Interactions are also the byproduct or End Result of the Sattva Guna, Rajo Guna and Tamo Guna as authoritatively described per blissful Vedic Literature: the Supreme Science. The Modern Man-made Constitutional Laws and Applicable Laws that were established by Modern Men from America, United Kingdom, India and other countries simply discard or do not pay any attention to the Austerity, External and Internal Cleanliness and Mercy to the fellow Human beings and the Sub-human beings within their Jurisdiction and Judiciary Systems past few centuries.

 

In absence of the Blissful Vedic Wisdom, there is no wonder that the Federal and Supreme Court Judges and Law Practitioners are unable of rendering true and fair Judgments to the gullible and innocent General Public with their Black Robes and Brown Court Hammers now, in the past and in the future in USA, United Kingdom, India and other countries.

 

The executive heads such as Presidents and Prime Ministers of USA, United Kingdom, India and other countries take oaths to serve country truthfully during their Oath Ceremony taking their respective Scriptures in hands such as Bible, Koran, Gita and other sacred books. However, there is No consideration of practice of Austerity, Cleanliness and Mercy for their citizens or sub-human beings including themselves.

 

Three Pillars or three Foundations – Austerity, Cleanliness and Mercy - are broken and missing within the Modern Society, Modern Culture and Modern man-made Constitutional Laws and Applicable Laws System right now in USA, United Kingdom and India and practically all over this small globe. However, this last Leg of Dharma – Truthfulness - is dwindling and becoming unsteady now a day. These are the missing links and missing laws as beautifully narrated within the Srimad Bhagavata Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam – the ripened fruits of eternal and blissful Vedic Literature: the Supreme Science.

 

There are Ten Original Amendments and Sixteen Additional Amendments with the Modern Man-made Constitutional Laws and Applicable Laws created in USA within past two century. USA claims herself as the greatest Democratic Country with the Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Speech that are the hallmark of USA for every citizen in this small globe right now.

 

Let us pray that the Executive Heads, Presidents and the Supreme Court Judges of USA should pass one more Amendments right now. This Final Twenty Seventh Amendment  must include Austerity, External and Internal Cleanliness , Mercy and Truthfulness for the benefit of the citizens and the Sub-human beings of USA, United Kingdom, India and other countries of this small globe right now. The Sub-human beings are also the citizens of this small globe.

In this Section, the reasons for the Supreme Court and Federal Court Judges are rendering faulty and defective Judgments or Verdicts to the General Public at the Courts are described.

 

A mentioned several times in this article that the Modern Man-made Constitutional Laws and Applicable Laws created by modern men from USA, Europe and other countries past few centuries are deficient and limited as well as unable to render fair judgments to General Public past few centuries of this small globe.

 

However, the Presidents and Political leaders of USA and Europe are proud to declare that the Modern Man-made Constitutional Laws are perfect for their citizens. This is the best example of the Pseudo-Patriotism and Pseudo-superiority Complex by the American Presidents and other Political Leaders of the Western Culture past few centuries.

 

The primary reasons for the defective and limited judgments by the Supreme Court Judges and Law Practitioners that they are lacking in sound understanding of the Material Relationships and Spiritual Relationships or the Science of Twelve Rasa, Law of Karma, Reincarnation and Exchanges of Six Opulence within the Human Society. The lack of knowledge of the above-mentioned topics or Vedic Wisdom is the primary reason for the faulty and deficient Judgments rendered by the Judges at the Judiciary Systems in USA, Europe, India and other countries.

The Judiciary System is unable to investigate the Criminal and Civil infarctions performed by the alleged offenders or criminals in their previous life or previous incarnations. Also, the court system is unable to conduct investigation or discovery of Criminal and Civil Infarctions by Alleged Offenders in their future life or future incarnations. Reincarnation is the mystery for the Supreme Court Judges.

 

In Nut shell: The Judges at Court System are able to verify and investigate the Criminal or Civil Infarctions performed by the alleged offender in his or her present life only. The court system unable to verify Criminal and Civil Infarctions performed in previous life and future life of an allege offenders. This fact is the nice example of limited and inadequate Judgments and verdicts by the Judges at the court systems in USA, India and other countries.

 

I believe that the Supreme Court Judges should order the Nobel Prize winner Scientists, Physicists and Psychiatrist or Psychologists to conduct Researches and create investigational tools that may discover the multiple Civil or Criminal Infarctions performed by the alleged offenders within their previous Ten Incarnations and future Ten Incarnations. 

 

The Supreme Court Judges should not restrict their investigations and discoveries in present life of the alleged offenders. The Supreme Court Judges and Law Practitioners should expand their jurisdiction at least up to ten previous life or incarnations and ten future incarnations of every alleged offender or criminals in USA, Europe, India and other countries. The habitual criminals and offenders are perpetually committing criminal crimes again and again in present life that can be traced to his or her previous ten life or incarnations.

 

The investigations and discoveries of criminal and civil infarctions performed within the past ten incarnations will consolidate the fair and clean judgments by the Supreme Court Judges. The investigations of criminal and civil infarctions that will be performed in the future incarnations will help Judges and Law Makers for the Prevention of the future criminal activities by the offenders.

Black people were designated as Slave by the Modern Man-made Constitutional Laws two century ago in USA. Black people were freed from Slavery and given status of the Second Class citizens and Not the Slaves after Civil War with help of New Amendments in 1880' in USA. The Female population and Black Population were given the right to vote recently in USA with another New Amendments by White Law Makers. These are best examples of the ever-changing, deficient and limited nature of the Modern man-made Constitutional Laws and Applicable Laws that are practiced in USA, Europe and other countries.

Everyone is accountable for his or her actions and destiny. The blissful Vedic Wisdom certainly will help anyone and everyone for this modern problem with ancient solution.

 

 M. Requesting the Supreme Court Judges for the Higher Dimensions at the Federal and Supreme Courts in USA:

I am pursuing a Civil Litigation with General Motors case to the District Court, Federal Court and finally if needed, with the Supreme Court in USA past four years since 2008 for the topic of Higher Dimensions with Modern Science including Bio-medical Science, Psychiatry and Psychology.

 

This civil litigation case also describes that the Modern Man-made Constitutional Laws and Applicable Laws are deficient and limited in nature. The patent companies can protect the Patents but unable to provide any Higher Dimension with the speculative patents and concepts.

 

This funny scenario is just like a hard working Farmer who can produce Crops of Corns, Wheat, Peanuts, Apples and Mangos but incapable to describe how the various Crops were generated and produced in the agricultural fields.

I humbly and sincerely pray to the merciful Sages and Rishis; pray to my Spiritual Preceptors; pray to Vaishnava Acharyas and pray to the most merciful, Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna, Sri Ramachandra and Sri Narayana for showering the Krishna Consciousness to the modern mankind for the Global Enlightenments forever in our planet Bharat-varsha. Dr. Atul C. Shah, MD is practicing General Practice Medicine and Psychiatric Medicine in Metro-Detroit area in Michigan in USA past twenty five years. He graduated from B.J. Medical College in Ahmadabad, Gujarat, India in 1974 and practiced medicine as General Practitioner in Vadodara, Gujarat, India until 1982.

 

He is an ardent reader of Srimad Bhagavata Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam - the ripened fruits of the blissful Vedic Literature - transliterated by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Iskcon founder Acharya, with keen and special interest in understanding of the Fundamental Principles of the Spiritual Science and Material Science in lineage of Brahma Sampradaya, one of the most prominent Sampradaya of four eternal Sampradaya – Brahma, Rudra, Sri & Kumara - of the Vedic culture. He is the recipient of "Bharat Gaurav Award" or "Glory of India Award" awarded by India International Friendship Society (IIFS), New Delhi, India in January 2007.

 

In spring of 1979, with loving persuasion from his wife Yogina, he received Brahma-sambandh or first Initiation by Goswami 108 Sri Vrajeshkumar Maharajshri of Pushti Sampradaya from Kankroli in Vadodara, Gujarat, India and his Krishna Conscious journey begin. During the summer of 1995, he spontaneously and with personal persuasion received second initiation from Sri Ravindra Svarupa dasa of Iskcon at Detroit, Michigan in U.S.A. with Spiritual name as Atul Krsna dasa.

 

The first initiation in 1979 in Vadodara, India is the example of "Seminal Initiation" or through parent or parent-in-laws and second initiation in Detroit, U.S.A is an example of "Providential Initiation" or by mercy of the representative of the Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna. These two categories of Initiations are widely prevalent, very effective and authorized by four eternal Sampradaya of the Sanatana Dharma in our planet Bharat-varsha since the time immemorial. In our modern time, four modern religions Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity and Islam are also practicing these categories of Initiation. The modern religions and other minor faiths are the wonderful extensions or flowers of the Sanatana Dharma according to the time, places and circumstances.
